Yoga has been life changing fir me! My journey started when I was 44yrs okd! I feel so so happy to have completed my 1 year yoga teacher training! Yoga is truly a way of life. I feel so grateful to be able to land on my yoga mat, for my mind and body to connect and move. No words really described my appreciation fir yoga!
