About Me

I am a daily meditation practitioner and very regular asana practitioner. I often visit the ashram in Val Morin, Quebec. I am more inspired by traditional yoga teachings and read about yoga and meditation. My teaching is focused on relaxing and focusing the mind through longer postures. I am a mother and grandmother and I love it. I work in the arts and culture fields.
