About Me

I am currently changing my whole life to be one that supports my mental and spiritual health. Becoming a yoga teacher has helped to balance my mind and spirit and that along with obtaining Reiki and going to school to become a massage therapist will allow me to leave behind the world that has caused stress to one that allows me to help people that I encounter.
