About Me
In 1999 I discovered Eric Schiffman through a video which came into my life when I was an incredibly overworked and stressed out, young, single mother of 2 little boys.
2 years later I was taking my first 200HR training just so that I could step out of my overwhelming life and the seeming impasse I was at. August 2001 I began teaching at a local fitness center and until 2004 slowly built my name around the community, teaching upwards of 12 classes a week.
In 2004-2011, I became the owner of Sudbury, Ontario's first ever yoga studio & lifestyle center. After this, I moved to Costa Rica for 3 years to reset and replenish and run yoga (detox / shamanic) retreats & raw foods training programs.
Upon returning in 2014, I was being encouraged and supported to create my own yoga training programs, those that I didn't even consider as my focus was on creating Holistic Lifestyle Training programs due to my coaching / educating background.
I've run numerous educational workshops but cultivating yoga teachers was another level of "showing-up" I feel blessed to be able to create very intimate training programs that provide me with an opportunity to be fully utilized in many inspiring ways, to mentor these individuals in an integrated way that weaves yoga, life coaching, chakras / subtle energy, and Shamanism. It's an alchemical process that manifests a very connected, interesting, and intuitive yoga teacher.
