About Me

I am a former academic of 18 years who has now pursued small business full-time. In addition to teaching yoga, I also run an outdoor store. I am very passionate about community and business development and through our store and/or studio space, I am constantly trying to bring new services and events to the local population. Most of these events/services have a focus on arts/culture or healthy living.

I teach an all levels vinyasa flow 2-3 times per week. I have also taken training specific to seniors yoga.
