I have been enthusiastically supporting and educating pregnant women and those with new babies in their yoga practice for the last 11 years. I have gained invaluable understanding in Critical Alignment, general postural, and pelvic floor from my consistent studies with Danielle Pechie for the last 8 years. I have been involved in teaching trainings for yoga teachers and adjusters.
