About Me
I am passionate about creating spaces where others can feel safe, learn and grow and is inspired by humour and acts of kindness and I am committed to serving others so that they can be their best selves. It was in Toronto at The Yoga Sanctuary, with founder Cynthia Funk, where I learned to combine strength and softness in my practice. I believe travel opens the mind and strongly supports the arts, and local business. Off the mat, I spend my time with my four dogs, checking out the local trails, reading, and creating tasty meals!
