About Me

I attended my first yoga class in search of a low impact workout class. What began as a strictly physical practice of structured poses began to evolve into a deeper study of mindfulness, of breath and of the many ways yoga could serve me off the mat. I'm eager to share where yoga can help cultivate a greater sense of balance, bring about steadiness and ease and fuel connection to the self.
