About Me

I've been doing yoga on and off for 10 years or so, I have always wanted to take my teaching certificate so I can share yoga with others. I have taught infant and child CPR and jewelary classes over the years and enjoy sharing with others. I am semi retired and look to teach people in my age bracket.

About My Service

I'm hoping to start teaching at the end of the month, I will be teaching chair yoga to start as that is what my group is looking for after that I will be looking to teach some gentle mat classes
