About Me

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Yoga has changed my life and I hope that by teaching and offering yoga at my studio, I can help enrich the lives of others.
I own a community centric yoga studio and I love offering the studio to those who have either never done yoga before, are out of practice or, feel intimidated going into a yoga studio atmosphere. I am forever learning how to hone my skills and love sharing what I have learned with others. It is a lifestyle - it makes me happy :)
