Company Info

I have cultivated an online and in person service guiding people through Movement and Meditation classes. I draw my knowledge from my own heritage and ancestry in celtic living and Celtic Christianity, as well as the teachings of my Yoga and Meditation teachers. I have taught in studios, at the Burlington Public library at various dance Studios and at private and corporate events. I also offer an online membership for prerecorded meditations. My clients are made up of people looking for bespoke practices as they come from a wide variety of abilities and mobilities.
