About Me

My name is Japa. I found yoga in my twenties. I took my fist yoga teacher training 5 years ago without the intention of teaching. Since then I have dedicated my life with the intention to share what I have learned. With a strong focus on the teachings as how I can preserve and transmit them in our day to day life as house holders. Through devotion and service I have been a mentor the past 4 years in all the YTTs that Yoga By The Sea offers. I will continue to deepen my Sadhana through mentoring and teaching.
