About Me

I have been practicing yoga for 12 years- my journey began as a tool to assist my daughter who was struggling with an eating disorder. She has since gone on to become a yoga teacher practicing in Europe. I am looking forward to diving into my own teachings and sharing my learnings as I move into retirement in 2022.
