About Me

Hello everyone. My name is Artemis and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I am a business owner and a mom of 3. When I'm not on my mat I enjoy spending time with my kids or reading. I also enjoy spending my time outdoors and plan to open a physical studio in the next few years. I went to school for fitness and health promotion and also certified as a wellness coach and nutritionist.
