About Me

I completed my YTT in February of 2020, and have been navigating the world of teaching yoga/mindfulness during the pandemic. I love how yoga mixes mindfulness and movement and I have reaped the benefits of both, which led me to completing my training to share yoga's magic with others.

About My Service

I teach virtual classes once a week at a local studio (currently virtually due to COVID), and the current class I teach is a mix of flow and restorative.
