About Me
Working full-time and being a parent, like many people, keep me busy. In the past, I did not dedicate enough time to myself. In 2012, I started practicing yoga. Soon, I realized the positive impacts that it had on my body & mind. Eventually, after several years, I decided to pursue and received my RYS200 Teacher Training Certificate. Now, practicing yoga for two hours is part of my daily routine.
My passion for yoga motivated me to create a community to practice and progress in yoga together.
