About Me

I founded a yoga studio 7th Wave Yoga and for 3 years ran a successful yoga studio employing many yoga instructors, serving my community and teaching over 1500 hours of yoga instruction to all ages, races and body types. My studio became a safe space for many, some first time to yoga. I worked closely with the local high schools to bring Yoga, mindfulness and breath to students. It was a wonderful sanctuary but had to close due to the financial implications and remaining closed for 6 months. Now I am renting space by the hour to teach my students
