About Me

I teach for the students and I practice for myself. Watching people enjoy a class or an experience inspires me to show up for them. I am nearly 50 so I have a lot of stories but I am not what matters. What matters is my ability to impact a persons day. What matters most is the responsibility that this carries. I love yoga, I love the students, I love to grow in my practice and continue to learn.
