About Me

As a teenager I struggled with chronic daily headaches. This is what led me to explore alternative medicine and find my own path to healing.

I found that the more I could do for myself to reduce and manage my own pain, the more empowered I was to live the life I wanted.

Yoga, reiki are some of the tools I have found that have helped me, and now I want to share them with you.
