About Me

I have dance training in Indian classical forms like Oddissi, Bharatnatyam and Kathak along with basics in Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary. I am creating a unique confluence between eastern and western dance forms, Yoga and Yoga Philosophy. I am a Psychology graduate with a Masters in Social Work, I combine eastern and western philosophies of the mind while creating unique workshops for individuals and groups. Also connect my students with Yoga Retreats in Himalayas(Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh), India.
