About Me

I am a gatherer of people, leader and inspirer. I am passionate about asking why things are the way they are, and creating new models for how people do their work or live their lives.
Yoga is an access for me to reach people who are already awake and help them see bigger and deeper. I also grow with my students, which is the hidden bonus of being a teacher.

About My Service

I teach 35 minutes of yoga 1x /week on my lunch break at work for my colleagues. I have also been asked to teach groups outside of work on rare occasions.
