About Me

Before yoga, I was practicing meditation at home. Even since I tried yoga in 2016, I completely felt in love with it, and was practicing extensively in various study. My passion pushed me to do my teacher training which I completed in 2018.

About My Service

I already teach on Sundays at Idolem Hot Yoga (Longueuil) 2 classes: 1- Athletic and 2- Beginners (a third class, yin to be added in January 2020.. Starting January 2020, I will teach a) at Origine Yoga on Wednesdays in the hot room 2 classes 1- Power Yoga and 2- Yin 2- at b) Idolem Hot Yoga (Brossard) on Monday evenings: 2 classes to be determined, but will focus on beginners I was told, and c) at Studio Y at ambient temperature 2 classes Saturday morning 1- Flow 2- Yin.
