About Me

I completed my 300hr YTT with the Shamanic Yoga Institute in 2017. I have since been focusing on Shamanic Healing & Herbal studies and my own personal Yoga practice.
July 2019 I completed my Body Ascension Breathwork Facilitator Training with Angela Ditch & November 2019 I completed my End of Life Doula training through Douglas College.

I run The Boreal Shaman in NE BC focusing on Shamanic Healing, Herbal & Oil Blends, BreathWork, Circle Facilitation & Speaking, Soul Coaching & End of Life Doula work.

I am a Full Mesa Carrier in Mountain Shamanism & Earthkeeper from the Q'ero lineage.
