About Me

I am a mom of a preschool aged child, 2 teenagers and an international student. I have been a student of yoga- Bikram, Yin and Hatha- since 2005. My yoga teacher training journey started last January and I received my certificate in August of 2018. I am also currently taking an online pre & post natal teacher training through Mamata Yoga.
