About Me

I am the co-owner of an advertising agency and I employ 21 people. I also ride motorcycles in my hometown of Montreal, as well as around the world in a different destination every year with my boyfriend.

About My Service

I teach once a week Anusara-inspired flows that I create. 60 minute sessions in the workplace. Between 2 and 9 students per class. Each class has a different purpose, sometimes a theme, sometimes an anatomical focus.
