About Me
Guglielmo approaches Yoga practice based on his scientist’s rigor, his advanced training in martial arts, and his lifelong penchant for spirituality. He completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teaching Training at PranaShanti, Ottawa, and he is a Registered Insured Yoga Teacher (CYA-RYT200). He mainly teaches Hatha, Flow, and Yin Yoga, in both English and French.
