About Me

I have practised Yoga for 40 years and have integrated many of the spiritual aspects of yoga in my daily life. I am a professional classical vocalist, and am studying sound healing with the voice, as well as meditative movement based in asanas and other movement practices. I offer what I have synthesized from these areas of engagement in every session I facilitate in one form or another.
