I love yoga, learning, and growing :) I am super excited to become a part of an awesome network of Canadian yogis! I am super grateful to have become a yoga teacher through the training program at PranaShanti - and have the ability to share my passion with others! Prior to doing yoga I have years of teaching experience from dance and swimming. I also graduated from Carleton University with a degree is law and sociology.
