About Me

I have been and continue to be an active person , enjoying skiing, snowshoeing, and xcountry in the winter, switching to cycling, hiking, swimming and kayaking in the summer.
Yoga has allowed me over the past 10 years to overcome my back issues, and live a pain free life, coninueing to enjoy many outdoor activities. I am a certified yoga instructor.
