About Me

I discovered yoga five years ago and fell in love with it. Since then, I practice up to six days a week in the morning and try to read about its philosophy often. Because it did me so good, sharing this passion has always been a dream of mine. I did it here and there, but truly started that process at the end of my gap year, in India. That's where I learned about the beauty of Ashtanga. Since then, I try to follow a strict Ashtanga practice, because I find it to be very holistic.

About My Service

I teach Hatha Vinyasa with Ashtanga influences. I always include meditation at the beggining and the end of the practice so we benefit more from it.
I also teach Yin yoga on lighter days upon request of the students. Usually when they have low energy or are recovering fro intense physical activity.
