About Me

I have four brothers, two amazing studios, two dogs, and a fiance. My life was set up. Now I am practicing non attachment in a way I never expected. My fiance left his family company, my studios are for sale and my dogs are living with my parents since we are moving to Australia for a short time. My yoga is beyond my mat.

About My Service

I have been running my own studios for the last three years. So I have been offering a bit of everything. I am passionate about kids yoga and teaching them not just playful poses on a hammock or games but the yamas and niyamas.
