About Me

I have been practicing yoga on a regular basis since 2006, and completed my YTT in 2012. I wanted to solidify my own practice before embarking on teaching, and have begun to offer community classes. I am in progress with the 300 hour TCTSY certification, completion April 2019), as I am very interested in offering trauma-sensitive yoga in my community. I feel there is a huge need for this.
