Yoga bio: Lori presents a progressive and unique approach to the flow of yoga, offering a continual creative style that begins from the inside out that allows for the freedom to colour outside the lines by feeling, rather than just doing. Seamless connection through dynamic transitioning enabling the space in between to be just as essential as the pose itself. When she’s off her mat, Lori can be found traveling the world with her job as the Program Manager for an international animal welfare organization.
