About Me

I am a lover of music, movement and nature. I have 3 children ages 20,19&13 and a wonderful husband. We have 4 rescued cats and 2 rescued dogs. My yoga journey began as something just for me but I quickly saw how unrealistic that was.....yoga has become such a part of my joy and happiness that I could not possibly keep that to myself. I hope to bring this joy to others.
