About Me
I am blessed with a beautiful home, family, and life in Calgary AB. my daughter is 4 and I have been teaching Yoga to her preschool this last year and love seeing them make connections between their mind and body and finding a calm space within themselves. I am honoured to be able to share my home studio space teaching Vinyasa Flow, and to sub and teach workshops at the local aerial yoga studio.
I have a strong passion for nature finding inner peace and personal growth through spending time in the mountains near my home. I am a certified hiking guide with the Interpretive Guides Association, a certified outdoor leader with the Outdoor Council of Canada, a certified Arborist and Registered Consulting Arborist and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Science, along with a Certificate in Adventure Tourism Business Operations.
I have been working the last 10 years as an arborist but have recently embarked on a mission to share my passion for nature and yoga by leading Yoga Hikes and Yoga Retreats in Nature. I look forward to continued growth and evolution of my business TerraSoul.
