About Me

My name is Lori Gamoff. I have been into the fitness lifestyle for over 15 years now. I enjoy weight training, cardio and of course yoga. Yoga has really helped me find myself in this world, and I hope to be able to help others.
My background is in the Automotive Business, as I am a car enthusiast at heart. I hope to one day be able to incorporate my Bachelor of Business Administration and my Advanced diploma in Business Marketing into a part time role.

About My Service

I am teaching power Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga gentle yoga and regular Hatha. I plan to attend workshops to educate myself further in different specialties within yoga.
