About Me

I have been a committed yoga teacher for the past ten years. I owned a studio in Canada for 2.5 years and worked in various other studios during the last 10 years. I was originally certified (200 hours) in Hatha yoga with Michelle Cormack of 5-Elements yoga and Pilates. I the received a 200-hour certification with Anusara Yoga through Todd Norian and Ann Green. I recently received my 500 hour Ashaya Certification with Todd Norian (Ashaya Yoga). I now generally offer yoga retreats 2-3 a year in various parts of the world and workshops, primarily in Canada. I am a passionate yoga student and teacher and I am continually expand my study and experience in yoga.
