About Me

I started practicing yoga 23 years ago. The path of yoga was life changing for me, but took me years and years to have a small sense of what yoga is and especially how can I apply yoga, live my yoga everyday.. I am very dedicated to yoga as i'm working full time as a teacher. I'm also a mother of two, a student, a manual therapist and personal trainer.

About My Service

I'm teaching hatha yoga in a sense that it can be accessible to everyone, every type of body/ shape/ state of mind. I offer private therapeutic yoga session, group class and workshops. I also studied in kinesiology and manual therapy so i include some of those notions to my classes.
