I am an outdoor enthusiast and nutritious food lover. I live in beautiful Tofino, BC - where I am lucky enough to blend my love to surfing, yoga, and healthy living with my work environment.

I have an undergraduate degree in Global Resource Systems, and a passion for our local food systems and natural health.

Yoga is an integral part of my life, linking my body, mind, and spirit. I can't wait to share my love for the practice with others.
