About Me
I am a free spirited yoga teacher, artist and energetic healer who’s soul purpose is to share, teach and love!
I am passionate about helping others and I am driven by pure Love. Teaching and sharing lights me up!!
Yoga, Meditation, Energy Therapy (healing) and Art have been my driving tools that have awakened my spirit. And through these tools I share with you ways to awaken the divine light in you.
What I do…
Simply put I teach people how to find the way to their heart, to discover the power of self-love in healing and to awaken the divine within. You could call it intuitive healing.
I use the tools, skills and experiences I have acquired throughout my life and teach ways to develop self-awareness. I believe that in order to find your way “home”; your way to your heart, you must develop the ability to turn inward and listen. This requires practice, patience, and a will to do so. It requires you to have physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual awareness. I teach this using mindfulness, yoga, meditation and energetic healing.
On my own journey to finding a place in me that I call home I have learned so much about myself and humbly want to share what I have found helpful for me to find more peace, love, stillness, joy and abundance in my life.
