About Me

I'm an RMT (Registered massage therapist) for 24 years. A member of NHPC (Natural health Practitioners of Canada) since 1995. I received my diploma and designation as an OHP (Orthomolecular Health Practitioner) in 2011.
In 2010 I started a yoga practice to replace my gym routine, cancelled my gym membership the next day and have never looked back. I feel I have so much to learn but have so much to offer as well.
