About Me

I am a student of mysore method yoga, 2nd semester. I teach full time yoga classes, privates and special interest groups in the community. I am a practising Buddhist and run a local sangha under the otzer ling Buddhist meditation center of Jasper. I am also an artist and jewelry maker.
