About Me
Having practiced yoga for many years, I found myself desiring a modality in which I could combine my yoga and my faith. Practicing yoga with my intention set on worshiping my God has deepened my spirituality, my connection with Christ, and my awareness of my breath and body. The mind-body-soul connection is something that I crave and that I need. Yoga has contributed to healing my physical pain from scoliosis, emotional pain from post-partum depression, and spiritual pain, by connecting me to a community and a tradition that is loving, gentle, and accepting.
