About Me

Currently, I am completing my Personal Training Certification and will be utilizing Raynor Deep Tissue Massage alongside Fitness Training. I am deeply grateful to be able to share such a beneficial method of healing with my community at the Salt Spring Island Wellness Centre.

About My Service

Raynor School Deep tissue massage utilizes deep breathing and gentle pressure to relieve tension in muscles and connective tissue along myofascial bands of the human body. By applying pressure to these specific areas, and then slowly reducing that pressue, 'knots' of tension and soreness become elastic once more, relieving pain that otherwise may remain.
