About Me

Yoga has changed my life completely. I was in a car accident and had a subsequent lung puncture that disabled me. Yoga was the only form of exercise I could do without being more sore. I took to the practice with fervor. I found most yoga poses difficult given my injuries and came across Joga. I took both my 200 hour yoga training and then my Joga training. I have not looked back since.
