About Me

I am a mother of a beautiful four yr old daughter. My work experience was mainly retail waitress and bartending. I also worked for my families business which entailed security and traffic control. The company closed up shop leading me to rethink my life and what would make ME happy going forward so I was asking around and heard that Halifax yoga had a YTT program and was highly recommended. In the last ten months I have experienced more spiritual, mental, and physical growth in my whole life and I am truly grateful and although I am still jobless I feel like my career and my life are about to begin.
