About Me

I love yoga and all the amazing things it does for the spiritual, mental and physical bodies . I am a critical care nurse and need the release from my stressful work life . I believe that the practice of yoga changes you and wish the whole of humanity could practice...so we as humans can live in peace and harmony . I realize these changes are subtle and need to start within each of us .
