About Me

I was a resident of Alberta for 30 years, after an early retirement I got certified as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist. I had my own business out of our home there but have now recently moved to BC where I am teaching at a local gym and have applied for my business license to open a studio here. My husband is a Meditation Coach, my daughter is also a yoga teacher, my son is a Reiki Master and is currently in Nepal. One thing we love to do together is travel!
