About Me

I fell in love with yoga in my early 20's when I started practicing but a MVA in my very late 20's is what changed my life and yoga helped me get back what I thought I lost (physically, mentally and emotionally).It was then I knew I needed to become a teacher. Teaching yoga has opened up the door for me to become a Reiki Master, Qi Gong Instructor, Energy Medicine Practicioner and to be a student of Thai massage. I am also a Nurse and love what I do, but my heart belongs to yoga, hence I am now on the path to becoming a yoga therapist; I plan to enhance my abilities as a yoga therapist by also becoming a manual osteopath. I believe that meshing all of the aforementioned modalities will truly have a positive effect on the people who's lives I am blessed enough to help with. :)
