About Me

I started my journey practicing yoga sine I was 19 yrs of age. In my early 30's I was certified in Transcendental Meditation and practice TM daily. My life partner and I to the Yoga teacher training together Kundalini 200 RYT completed July 2014. I have taught over 1000hrs since and recently opened my own studio Saat Lune Yoga Studio
